Samba 4 requires always PAM

"configure"-Options without "--with-pam" and without "--with-winbind";

Compiling works. Only 3 messages with "pam":

[ 902/2530] Compiling nsswitch/libwbclient/wbc_pam.c
[1125/2530] Compiling source4/winbind/wb_pam_auth.c
[1742/2530] Compiling libcli/auth/pam_errors.c

The "winbind"/"wbc" messages may be another problem; is it ok compiling  
"pam_errors.c"?
