SMB2 not used with \\server\share but with \\server.domain\share

Both run on 445, SMB1/2 is negotiated in the very first
packets. SMB1 definitely works over 139, not sure Windows
would do it as well over that port. But there's no reason
from within the protocol that would prevent it.
