[GSoC update] SMB2 protocol support for CIFS Linux kernel module

Hi all!

This is my status update. Changes since the last one:
1) separate already ported inode operations for both protocols (set
appropriate ops structure for each protocol).
2) open/reopen/close.
3) direct i/o.

Next, I am going to work with buffered i/o operations. Your
comment/thoughts are welcome!
