We don't have ${PREFIX}/var/run by default in s3 yet, so I
chose ${lockdir}/.nmbd as a default. It can be changed on
the configure line via --with-nmbdsocketdir= and in smb.conf
via "nmbd:socket dir =". I chose that over "nmbd socket dir"
in accordance with the "winbind:socket dir" option.

Or is this winbind sample also unacceptable, like so many
winbind samples I've taken in this patch? (winbind must
really be a horrid piece of shit :-(()

Find the new branch in the same place as before.
