no -Wmissing-prototypes in the build farm ?

Hello All,

While checking if samba is buildable on snow leopard I was suprised to 
see that when I do ./configure.developper it's not (without my yesterday 
patches) and with the buildfarm it is.

The thing that should break didn't break on buildfarm (a missing 
function declaration), after asking for a verbose build I'm pretty sure 
that it's due to the lack of -Wmissing-prototypes. Shouldn't we use it 
on the buildfarm by default ?
