Bug in DC replication

Hi Matthieu,

I've now looked at your patch more carefully and realised what you
were referring to. From the description of the bug I thought you meant
that local_usn came out wrong on the DC where the change was made. I
now see what you mean about it being wrong on a different DC that the
change is replicated to.

I think your patch is good, and I've signed off on it and pushed to
autobuild. Thanks for spotting this!
