SMB.CONF file to support kanji charcters!!

Set 'unix charset = UTF-8 (default) then you will use Japanese characters in
smb.conf .

 Of course, you have to write Japanese with UTF-8 encoding and Japanese chars
must not exist before 'unix charset' line.
