SMB.CONF file to support kanji charcters!!

I'm using samba3.3.14 which supports mulichartcters. Have a SMB.conf file
which supports ASCII characters only. 

I want that file in UNICODE format so that it can support Kanji
charaters(japnese).

Pls suggest ways to convert the smb.conf file format to Unicode so that it
can coontain valid JP chars.
