manual mmr-provision works correctly, and now the testsuite
runs proper too.

the new git-format patches are attached, including the following fixes:

0001-Fixed-MMR-URL-Split-and-changed-RID-Range-OpenLDAP-I.patch
- mmr-urls now splitted by comma instead of whitespace, as this was 
causing one part
of the trouble in 'make test'
- added debug output during 'provision' and 'make test' to check im 
mmr-urls are parsed correct
- fixed rid to 3 digits (openldap its 6394)

0001-Fixed-ol-mmr-url-helpline.patch
- changed provision-helpline to match url_split by ","

0001-Fixed-OL-MMR-make-test.patch
- added missing params to 'testit openldap-mmr-backend' line in 
blackbox_provision-backend.sh
