failures in passwords.py

Hm, weird - I ran them again against samba and they passed, but I always get
the same result against windows - constraint violation. It could be due to
some Windows configuration? I am using a fresh Windows installation, single
dc, 2008 R1. Matthias, you say you cannot reproduce it?
