Samba4's support for sites is very, very immature.  We probably need to
do a fair bit more work in the CLDAP and other related areas to properly
handle this. 

It should all be documented between the WSPP docs and other AD docs, so
it's not a matter of not knowing, just needing the time to implement
things.  I'll happily review any patches you care to propose :-)
