make quicktest passes

freshly provisioned as per instructions on http://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba4/HOWTO

DNS and kinit work correctly, as does netlogon from another host.

server 2003 joins correctly, but cannot authenticate a user to login due to attached error picture.
