I am not sure what you mean exactly.  Do you have a Windows Domain
Controller that you want to get the users etc. from?  Or do you mean
you want to upgrade from samba4 alpha9+OpenLDAP to samba4 alpha11+LDB?

If it's the first option, then there is a page on the wiki about
joining a samba4 instance to an Active Directory domain controller
using vampire.  If it's the second option, then maybe
upgrade-provision would work, but the samba-technical list would
definitely be a better place to ask.

Also, you should probably compile the latest version from GIT instead
of using the alpha11 tarball if that's what you are doing.

P.S.  I think it would be easier to understand your question if you
separated your sentences using full stops :)
