ACL change and impact on childrens

Hello Nadya,

I was wondering if we modify child SD when a parent SD is modified (ie 
if you change the SD of CN=Computers,DC=....) do we change also the SD 
of the childs (of course in the correct way with correct flags and only 
if inheritance is activated).
Although I'm not 100% sure that it occurs like this in windows it 
__seems__ that it is.

Do you have more information ?
