When a user fails authentication using pam_winbind, I need to determine
whether or not pam_winbind used the cached credentials.  As far as I can
tell, I need to customize the code.  If so, what is recommended?  I am
thinking about setting a PAM environment variable in pam_winbind.c
within the cached_login goto block.
