[Samba4] Group policies in AD

Well, about the "secTmpl.inf" file: I wasn't completely sure since I 
performed changes in the default group policy and also in the default 
domain controller policy on my test DC. Therefore those could have 
generated this file. Nevertheless you should have noticed that some 
directories exit per default (Adm, Scripts, Logon, Logoff, ...) and - as 
you have already mentioned - the ADM files. I claim that we'll need to 
get a license to be able to ship them out with s4.

I hope that abartlet and/or tridge will have a look at this issue and 
tell us what they think about.
