Domain Join Issue with Mac 10.6 Server(snow leopard)

Hi Guys,
 
I'm very new to Samba, was testing domain join of samba with Mac10.6 Server.
But not able to join, instead getting the error "error setting trust account password: NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED". I have used all the usernames and passwords(including the super user).
 
Mac 10.6 Samba Server Version : 3.0.28a
Client (Linux PC ) Samba Client Version : 3.0.14a 
 
Please let me know if there is any know issues with Mac OS as a server and with the samba version 3.0.14a
