Quota problem since 3.0.23d upgrade

I have the same problem after updating Samba from 3.0.30 to 3.2.8. The quota 
tab is not available on a Windows XP SP2 machine. The options "host msdfs" 
and "msdfs root" are set to no.

Any hints?
