Isn't that fulfilled by samba-qa at samba.org already? At least
I have the impression that I get all changes to bugzilla via
that address. Maybe we should just consolidate samba-bugs
and samba-qa and also send the s4 bugs there. The "bug
ownership" does not really work correctly anyway. (Is tpot
still the default winbind asignee? :-))
