[PATCH] 1/4 Windows BRL: Adding VFS ops

Hi Jeremy,

Here's my first go at turning the Windows BRL path into VFS operations,
so that we can use our own in-kernel BRL implementation. My goal was
gaining parity with Windows, while minimizing impact to the existing
Samba code. After these patches are pushed, I have some pretty good
ideas how we can improve the entire BRL path which may be more invasive.

I tried to describe my changes extensively in the commit messages, but
let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!
