Writing Samba Torture Tests - Best Practices

Following productive conversations with metze, abartlet, and tridge over
the last few months in addition to the joys I've had in writing 10s of
new SMB2 torture tests I've written a Best Practices guide to help out
anyone else interested in enhancing Samba's suite of protocol
correctness tests.
