Samba4 DNS entries?

Will Samba4 implementation be able to send add requests to a separate
internal DNS like one running bind? I know you can set up bind with
trusted servers for domains and I'm wondering if this is already
worked out? I think I even remember seeing a microsoft documentation
on how to setup bind for AD. I'd like to setup a bind dns that is
updated by adding a windows machine to a domain.
