Karolin,  I don't mind if you want to take over the daily
docs build as long as it gets done.  I don't think it's a
good idea to include a different build of the docs that what we
have from the daily build or else it will likely result in
varied confusing bug reports on formatting.

I'm building on Ubuntu Feisty.  If AB thinks he can fix it,
that's fine.
