Freezing v3-2-stable (2nd edition)

there is this Netscape LDAP SSL patch around for a while which I just reworked
and tested with 3_2:

As this splits up "ldap timeout" into "ldap connection timeout" and "ldap
operation timeout" I would like to see this change rather in the 3.2.0 than in
a "minor" 3.2 release.

Anyone in the mood to check that in to 3_2? :)
