smbtorture - RAW-ECHO test patch

Hi,

here is patch which implements the RAW-ECHO test.

The test tries to send/check the echo in following three states:

1.) after protocol negotiation
2.) after session setup
3.) after user logoff

Since the echo should work anytime, the positive response is expected. 
Test results verified with Windows 2000 Server box.
