You should really start with a much simpler smb.conf. Below
I list the options that you should remove.

>         max mux = 100
>         max xmit = 65535
>         socket options = TCP_NODELAY SO_RCVBUF=8192 SO_SNDBUF=8192 SO_KEEPALIVE IPTOS_LOWDELAY
>         lock spin count = 30
>         lock spin time = 15
 
> [netlogon]
>         share modes = No

Please retest without these options.
