The Samba3 build system is ugly but it's also simple, robust and easy
to understand and change. It's also not as ugly as it once was :)

Yep, "includes.h" is nice'n'easy and also plays well with precompiled
headers. It would be nice to give some modules the option of including
less that everything, however.
