[PATCH] make days before expiry warning more predictable

Hi,

Attaching a patch to slightly modify the calculation for when winbind starts 
warning

If the calculation is done by simply multiplying with 365, the calculation 
will be inconsistent on leap years, it will be one day off.

Also, if the comparison is done with < instead of <= it will warn one day "too 
late", e.g. if you set it to warn 14 days before expiry, it will start 
warning only 13 days before

Patch is against SAMBA_3_0 in SVN
