Hi,

I'm seeing the InDfs flag on in the SMB_COM_TREE_CONNECT_ANDX response
on IPC$. At least in 3.0.24 I am.

This threw off JCIFS because we prepend the hostname when InDfs is on
so we were using \server.example.com\pipe\srvsvc where it should have
been just \srvsvc. Fixed it in JCIFS too but just FYI.
