I looked here as well as in many places but couldn't find something
really useful.
Also I wanted to find an abstract description of how widget are supposed
to relate to each other from a GUI PoV, something that gives you an idea
of what it means to have a parent such and such or children such and
such, so that you have immediate understanding of the general framework.

I will look into there again, maybe I missed some relevant ones.
