Hi Bjoern,

that's what the --uint-enums option for pidl is for.
(I think we talked about this problem a few month ago,
 when you were noticing this warnings on Tru64 for samba4:-)

if configure detects that the compiler overflow enum values it is passed
to pidl.

that's needed on AIX.

But on Tru64 the compiler generates the correct code, but also give this
warnings...

So you can ignore them, maybe there's an option to tell the compiler to
not print them...
