joining ctdb and ibwrapper

Hi Tridge,

I've made my very first approach in fitting ibwrapper into ctdb.
Please look into the new files:
- ibw_ctdb.c
- ibw_ctdb.h
- ibw_ctdb_init.c

Please search for the words "TODO" and find comments about my current open 
questions and respond for any of them you wish. Thank you in advance.

Next I'm going to modify your ctdb code regarding that "void *key" stuff...
