3.0.25pre1 delayed

Folks,

Due to some last minute pressing issues, I'm going to
have to delay the 3.0.25pre1 for a bit.  I don't know
for how long right now.  I'm also postponing the Bugzilla
Day that was scheduled for Thursday since the 3.0.25pre1
release will not be available.
