PATCH: recover pending locks if another smbd process terminates

Please review and consider this patch for 3.2

This patch allows a samba child that has a lock pending to acquire the
lock if the lock holder is terminated by -9 or similar.
without the patch, the pending lock will remain pending for a long
time/forever and that samba daemon will remain pending eventhough the
lock is now available.
