thanks for the good work on MMC and GPO!

About the "Somewhat more proper access control"
We need a lot of tests to for all possible combinations...

I don't think it's possible to have
"Active Directory migration, using DRSUAPI for synchronsiation"
in an alpha2, there's too much to do:

- - full handling of replication conflicts
- - support for linked attributes (in w2k and w2k3 modes)
- - handling of phantom objects
- - support for shared dcerpc handles on multiple connections
  via the assoc_group_id
