There is a delay, as many of the machines only run the jobs every few
hours (others, like my workstation, run every 5 mins).

We have been working on the autogen.sh generation, and there seems to be
some bug in the scripting that figures out the SVN revision numbers.
(Which is used to determine if things have changed, and therefore
if ./autogen.sh needs to run).
