default home for workstation accounts

In a few places in the code it seem we are going to populate the ldap
tree directly, this raise the question of getting a good default home
directory for these user accounts.

What do people think of adding an template wks homedir parameter or
something like that defaulting to something like: /nowkshomedir ?
