The capabilities bits should not affect a non-DFS share.
Setting it should be benign.  The client says it supports
DFS.  If this the share is not a DFS root, the bit should
not affect the server's behavior.

I was asking about testing 3.0.2 because I was curious about
the server bug.  Do you have any idea what the bug was ?
