brlock.c changes for 3.0.23a ?

No, I thought I'd been clear - the changes for 3.0.23a are
already in the SAMBA_3_0_23 tree, ready for moving into
the SAMBA_3_0_RELEASE tree.

I'm working on lots of stuff in SAMBA_3_0, this isn't
ready for prime-time yet.
