svn change: trunk is now a mirror of SAMBA_3_0

To all developers:

Using the svn:externals trick suggested by Derrell,
I'm changed trunk to mirror SAMBA_3_0 using svn://
URLs.  The means that you will not be able to check
changes into trunk but an svn up will continue to
show a full tree.
