RAW-OPLOCK failed

Despite of this I have the subjective impression that there might be a
problem with linux kernel oplocks since 2.6.16/17 (vanilla) or Samba
3.0.21+.
With kernel oplocks = no there are no oplocks breaks in the logs, no users
complain about corrupted files.
With kernel oplocks = yes I see the above and every evening a lot of
orphaned files without existing smbd processes in the smbstatus output.
