SAMBA_3_0_RELEASE tree synced up for final 3.0.20a release

Folks,

We think that SAMBA_3_0_RELEASE is ready for release now.
We are holding off while Jeremy tracks down on bug report
(may or may not be real) and we need to verify that winbindd
has received sufficient testing.

So please take it out on the playground behind the gym
and steal it's lunch money.  Obviously not *all* bugs
have been fixed but hopefully the major ones in 3.0.20
have been dealt with.  Let us know how the testing goes.
