Error during Samba setup, Help!!!

Hi there,
 
I'm Alan from Malaysia. I'm new to Unix system. Currently, I'm trying to setup a samba server for my company. 
 
I had installed Samba using samba-3.0.20b-1-noads-sunos5.9-sparc.pkg.gz where I download from http://us1.samba.org. There was no error during the installation. 
 
I had modified the samba.conf. I encountered error when I was trying to start the samba server. The error are :
 
Error:

# ./smbd

ld.so.1: ./smbd: fatal: libthread.so.1: version `SUNW_1.4' not found (required by file ./smbd)

Killed

# 

 

What could be the problem? Appreciated if you can help me on this. Thanks in advance.
