Heimdal assumes that there are two build tools, compile_et and
asn1_compile. When using heimdals configure, the autoconf script check if
it is a cross compiling going on, and in that case, assumes there is a
native compile_et already avaible. asn1_compile does't have such a thing,
yet.

If you are cross compiling, just avoid building those two tools and just
run them out of the default path.

There is also, include/krb5-types.h, created by include/bits.c, but that is
just to create c99/bsd fixed integertype, and assuming a c99 compile
enviroment, that headerfile is easily created.
