For people who are keen to try out quilt, here's what I did to get this
patch loaded:

[tpot at dogbowl trunk]$ quilt -p0
import /tmp/eventlog_registry_r9790_v1.patch
Importing patch /tmp/eventlog_registry_r9790_v1.patch (stored as
eventlog_registry_r9790_v1.patch)
[tpot at dogbowl trunk]$ quilt push
Applying patch eventlog_registry_r9790_v1.patch
patching file source/rpc_server/srv_eventlog_nt.c
patching file source/registry/reg_eventlog.c
patching file source/registry/reg_printing.c
patching file source/registry/reg_util.c
patching file source/registry/reg_frontend.c

Now at patch eventlog_registry_r9790_v1.patch
