As a follow up, the patches themselves are checked into
the patches/ directory in the samba-web svn repo.
And I think I should probably go back and fix the
one existing patch to be a diff of 2 release trees
rather than against svn. That way we can all use
'patch -p1 < filename.patch' in the directions.
