Firstly, you could upgrade to Samba 3.0 (because there are serious
security issues in your old version). A good scanner would have picked
this much up.
You could chase up with the scanner vendor (or the nessus project, if it
is a nessus based scanner) to have them understand this case, or you
could change from 'security=share' to 'security=user' if it suited your
system environment.
