delete_on_close flag handling

Hi,

Current implementation of the delete_on_close disposition does not act
exactly like Windows server.
Even though the file disappear when deleting it, it is still visible by
other machines, and the machine that deleted it, after refresh, until
the last open file with the same i-node is closed.
Another problem is, that there is a chance, even if small, if a file has
multiple a hard links on different shares, that the wrong entry will be
removed.

Any thoughts / ideas about this?
