TDB database compatibility with 32/64-bit Samba build

Yeah, the persistent databases format should be identical between
machines of different architectures as well as different integer
size and endianness. The "cache" tdb's are not portable but then
they are re-created on statrup anyway.

If it doesn't work it's a bug.
