Debian CIFS and profiles packaging

Hi,

I have the following patch which makes 'mount.cifs' to be included in 
smbfs Debian package and 'profiles' to be included in samba Debian 
package. This patch updates only debian-unstable branch (due to selfish 
reasons) but it can be easily applied (with the right -p) to 
debian-stable as well.

I did add similar patch to corresponding Debian bug reports but thought 
upstream may be interested in it too.
